Optional Services  not included in Venue Rental fee:

Although you may use any vendor you choose, Mid State Tent Rental in Christiana, TN, is located nearby and provides excellent service for many of our clients. They have competitive pricing on banquet chairs, tables, tents and more.  Please fill free to contact them for their current pricing and availability.  Melina McConnell is your contact, and her number is 615-494-3760.)

A. 6-columned Wedding Backdrop installed at your preferred spot= $100 (see photo)

B. Pony rides for children (14 and under). $75 per hour for horse and handler.  This is NOT a trail ride.  One at a time, the handler will help the child up into the saddle (this is a full-sized horse) and lead the horse around the pond or other short route for a short ride.  The handler will then help the child dismount, and the next child will get a turn.  The handler may also allow the children to brush and pet the horse and even stand for photo opportunities, if the children are quiet and well-behaved.  If the children are highly active, loud or rambunctious, the handler may refuse to allow the children close to the horse, for their own protection.

C. Rowboat rides (temperate weather only please).  Our cute little rowboat will carry the operator and 2 small children for short little excursions across the pond and to feed the fish.  $50 per hour includes operator, lifevests and plenty of fish food.

D. Fresh supply of firewood and makins for S'mores for a memorable bonfire by the pond.  $2.00 per person.

E.  Wedding Officiant (custom designed ceremony, as is YOUR wish)- $150

F. Full Clean-up, Break Down Detail:   Do you REALLY want to wake up from your first night of wedded bliss knowing you have to come back to the ranch and face a huge mess to clean up?  Our cleanup crew will begin the moment your party is over, cleaning up tables, washing all your dishes, platters, serving pieces, taking down and packing up all your decorations, breaking down and stacking tables and chairs, disposing of your trash, AND delivering all your items to your home the following day.  All for $250! (delivery outside Rutherford County slightly extra).

G. Dance Floor - 12' x 12' - $275     12' x 16' - $300       16' x 16' - $350

H. Pre-wedding Rehearsal or Rehearsal and Dinner - There are a few options:
  
   1.  Come early on your wedding day to rehearse.  No extra charge.
   
   2.  Booking your rehearsal (at $75 per hour) on another day.  ( If you want to rent the Cabana House for your rehearsal dinner but you want to take care of catering yourself, then this will be $75 per hour, but you will also have to arrange for seating, tables, linens, flatware, decorations, etc. The Cabana House is basically a large open room with an efficiency kitchen and half bath.)

   3.  Book our casual Rehearsal/Dinner Package - (2 hour duration) includes rehearsal, then an informal buffet dinner (Sample Menu choice might be:
Baked Penne Pasta, Italian Cole Slaw, Garlic Bread, and Brownie Pie al a mode) or other menu offering by Marsha's Ticklebelly Hill Kitchen) for up to 10 people for $225.00.  All tables, chairs, linens, flatware and table decorations provided at no extra cost.
