A. Our 6-columned Wedding Colonnade System can be installed at your preferred spot- $150 (includes draping as shown in photo)

Portable PA System - 500Watts of power! $35.00

B.  Portable PA System - perfect for your ceremony location, boasting 500 watts of pure power, this will accept 2 mics, other audio input (CD player, guitar input, etc.).  Save all your wedding music, exactly how you want it played, on your Ipod or CD.   $35.00 for the entire day.

C. Karaoke!  Oh, gosh...talk about FUN!!!

Like most couples, you probably want your guests to remember your reception  with a tractor load of fond memories "and smiles on their faces" for many years to come!  Karaoke does just that!    Our own Saddleboogie Karaoke will set up at your preferred location on the ranch and "Get ready for your own version of America's Got Talent!"  With a huge library of karaoke songs, including duets, everyone can get involved....from Granny to the little ones!  One of our KJ's will be happy to play some of your CD's as well, to mix up the entertainment.  1500 total watts of power will knock your socks off!   $295 for a 3 hour session!

D. Case (24)  White Wedding Umbrellas - Can't afford a shade canopy but you don't want your guests to burn up in the sun?  Umbrella display will be set up near the wedding ceremony area and will be available for your guests.  $50.00

E. Pony rides for children (14 and under). $75 per hour for horse and handler.  This is NOT a trail ride.  One at a time, the handler will help the child up into the saddle (this is a full-sized horse) and lead the horse around the pond or other short route for a short ride.  The handler will then help the child dismount, and the next child will get a turn.  The handler may also allow the children to brush and pet the horse and even stand for photo opportunities, if the children are quiet and well-behaved.  If the children are highly active, loud or rambunctious, the handler may refuse to allow the children close to the horse, for their own protection.

F. Fresh supply of firewood and makin's for S'mores for a memorable bonfire by the pond.  $2.00 per person.

G. Wedding Officiant (custom designed ceremony, as is YOUR wish)- $150, includes rehearsal.

H. Use OUR wedding and decorating supplies.  We have oodles of silk flowers, silk arrangements, centerpieces, candles, table runners, cloths, ribbon, tulle, draping material, jewels, silk petals, cake toppers, wedding flutes, cake serving ware, just about anything you can imagine.  If you are truly on a budget, you may want to consider "renting" our supplies for big savings!  Pricing depends on quantity of supplies needed, but will be based on approximately 1/3 of retail costs.  So if you were going to purchase $300 worth of decorations, your rental fee for a similar package from us would be $100.  (Linen rentals:  90" white round table cloths, or white rectangular cloths - $7.00 each)

I.  Back-up Photographer.  Jackie Brown (www.jackiebrown3.zenfolio.com) offers her talents as your back-up photographer for your event for only $150 for the entire event.  Also, see some of her photographs on the Wedding Gallery Page.  What an affordable way to insure that you won't be left "empty handed" in case your regular photographer doesn't show (emergencies, medical issues, mechanical difficulties, etc.).  Anything can happen in this life...Jackie lives here so you can know that your event WILL get photographed!

J. Full Clean-up, Break Down Detail:   Do you REALLY want to wake up from your first night of wedded bliss knowing you have to come back to the ranch and face a huge mess to clean up?  Our cleanup crew will begin the moment your party is over, cleaning up tables, washing all your dishes, platters, serving pieces, taking down and packing up all your decorations, breaking down and stacking tables and chairs, disposing of your trash, AND delivering all your items to your home the following day.  All for $200! (delivery outside Rutherford County slightly extra).
