Located at the home of Cheval Manor, Tennessee Land Clearing offers low impact, no burn, no dozing brush and small tree removal in Rutherford and surrounding counties. How does that work?
Our skid steer with the forestry mulcher attachment will chop down your unwanted brush pile, saplings (up to 5" caliper) and undergrowth and leave a wonderful layer of decomposing mulch. The mulch layer will help keep moisture in the soil and encourage new grasses to grow, oftentimes without seeding!
This means no more burn piles, no burn permits, no scorched earth, no dozer tracks or destruction of your topsoil. But instead, a natural source of nutrients to decompose into your soil, quicker finishing time and a completely eco-friendly operation!

Rates:
$125.00 per hour (5 hour minimum) in Rutherford County, includes crew and equipment. Outside Rutherford County, a fuel surcharge will apply at the rate of $1.25 per round trip mile. Fuel is a big overhead cost with heavy equipment (hauling and operation). If fuel prices ease up in the future, we may drop our fuel surcharge.
Feel free to ask to see this machine in action! You are welcome to come to the ranch and watch it work. This will give you a real good idea of how much progress you can expect in an hour or 2. Once you see the result, we think you'll want to get started right away!
