CURRENTLY NO HORSES FOR SALE.
LEASING
Occasionally, Cheval Manor offers horses for lease (full or partial) on site, meaning the horse stays at Cheval Manor and is "shared" with the Lessee. The lessee (the person leasing the horse) pays the lease fee each month in exchange for partial use and responsibility of the horse and his/her care. (Cheval Manor will occasionally use the horse for camp, birthday and other special/training activities.) A lease is an ideal situation for a person wanting to learn more about horses and the joy (and pitfalls) of horse ownership, without having to make the immense committment. In a FULL lease, the lessee not only pays the lease fee, but also pays for all typical vet, dental, worming and farrier expenses. (It's just like owning a horse, but NOT owning it, because you can "quit" at any time!) In a PARTIAL lease, the lessee will pay half or a third of all costs, because Cheval Manor is sharing the riding time with you.
