location for your outdoor wedding, Cheval Manor would like to suggest one of our special locations at the ranch.

For an intimate
wedding with under 60 guests, our Cabana House and pool area is so delightful. The Cabana House, with
800 s.f. is a large open room with 3 sets of French Doors opening up to poolside for summer entertaining and dancing.
It also has a simple summer kitchen and bathroom facility.

SOON TO BE COMPLETED AND AVAILABLE FOR EVENTS:
Our new
20 x 72 foot Pavillion, which doubles as our secondary horse stabling area, will soon be available for your wedding, graduation,
birthday or other gayla! Within view of the Cottage and the Pond, it also offers a large level area perfect
for an outdoor ceremony, nearby parking, with the covered Pavillion serving as your banquet area, band area and seating.

THE MAIN BARN:
The main arena boasts
9,000s.f. and can handle a very large crowd, but it IS A BARN! Some brides have worked decorating miracles in the barn,
with the 14' high rafters and open spaces. But remember, this is a true "working" barn....horses come
in and out for breakfast and suppertime. If the idea of stacks of hay, pitchforks, barn cats wandering around and
horses whinnying back and forth to each other appeals to you, this might be perfect for you!

Feel free to contact us to explore the possibilities
of your wedding or other event at the ranch. Our services include the wedding/reception venue, any or all of our
buildings/facilities, free parking, and free rental of 100 chairs. The rental rate for our location
is only $800 per event in 2010. (See below for alternative pricing for small gatherings.)

Party Tents - priced depending on size/capacity
Other optional services: Wedding singer/pianist,
decorating services, BBQ Banquet services, and for special treats for the little ones, memorable pony rides on one
of our immaculately groomed, well behaved horses, rowboat rides on the pond (great photo ops, too!), bonfire set
up next to the pond, complete with S'mores as a sweet finale of the evenings festivities.
Don't want to worry about a thing? We can customize a total package so all you have to do is enjoy your day!

Manor's "MINI - WEDDING"!
ON A SHOESTRING BUDGET? We understand! Picture a quiet, lovely place in the country by a
pond, an evening ceremony by poolside with tiki torches, or in our Cabana House, with an ordained minister, a gorgeous
wedding gown/veil, a few close family members and friends (up to 6 additional guests), a mini-photo shoot by Heidi
to capture the memory, and a simple but elegant Tea Party Reception, we'd be glad to help! Think of this....

with the JP after waiting in line with all the other couples, surrounded by all the "happy and friendly" government

our Cabana House, or if you prefer being close to nature, by the pond, next to horses in a pasture, in one
of our beautifully forested coves, or even a romantic night-time ceremony by the pool, festively lit up with

Whatever your dream, we will try to make it happen for you. While we can't
promise you the moon, but we DO have lots of imagination, resources, and even a little talent in making "something"
out of nothing! We can help make it a day to remember!
We
can also accept monthly payments on this plan so your wedding will be completely paid for on your wedding day!
Now how many couples can do that?! For as little as $75 per month for under 8 months, you can have your Mini-wedding
for 6 guests paid IN FULL by your wedding date! What an accomplishment to have a "debt-free" wedding!!!

HOURLY RENTALS
Or if you have a modest group of 8-60 guests, you may want to consider
renting our Cabana House by the hour. Why pay $800 if all you need is 2 or 3 hours time? Our hourly rental for
the Cabana House with attached arbor, for example, is only $75.00 per hour. 2 or 3 hours would give you plenty of time
for a beautiful ceremony, a small banquet and intimate, elegant reception-- rain or shine. This is the PERFECT
solution for those of us struggling financially these days. Decorations, food, wedding officiant, photographer provided
by client.

We have several instructors at Cheval Manor that provide private, semi-private or group lessons to
students of all ages. Please call Karen at 615-351-4870 or email: karen@chevalmanor.com for more information. Although we do not host large Birthday Parties for groups of over 8 children, we will
be happy to tailor a low-key Birthday get-together for your son or daughter and their well-behaved friends! Picture a surprise Birthday visit (bringing your child blindfolded to the barn) and the wide-eyed
look of wonderment when, at the moment of opening their eyes, having a beautiful, loving horse standing right in front of
them, ready to be loved, hugged and ridden! A one-of-a-kind Birthday gift, for sure! Prices for a basic 2 hour Birthday party, which is all-inclusive: starting with custom invitations, party
favors, goodie bags for guests, horse time with photo ops, your choice of different activities: barn games, swimming
(weather permitting and with parental approval), feeding the fish, nature hike, scavenger hunt and cake/gift time (parent
provides cake) and all cleanup for up to 8 children is $250.00. - Individual
Horse Encounters
Simply want a private, deeply moving experience
for your child and a sweet, gentle horse or pony? We have several young folks here that love children and love
sharing their horses with children. Your child will get personalized, one on one attention with either Nathan, Chastity
or Courtney as they start out by being introduced to the horse, petting their soft muzzle, looking deeply into their kind
eyes, hopefully forming a "connection"! Then, a session of brushing, grooming and getting to feel comfortable
around such a large, beautiful animal. Next, your child will help the handler actually put the pad and saddle on and adjust
the fit while learning some amazing facts about these amazing creatures! Then, of course, your child will
probably be ready to be lifted up into the saddle to experience the exhiliration of actually riding for their first time.
Get that camera ready! What better birthday or any-time gift could you give an animal loving child? Nothing in
the world like a horse....!
Our charges are per horse/handler:
$25.00 for 1/2 hour and $40.00 for a full hour. Prepayment is required at least 1 week in advance to secure
your horse(s) and arena time. We accept cash, local personal checks and Paypal. Dates can be modified in
case of conflict or inclimate weather. Email for more information.
Our
60' x 120' indoor riding arena with 14' ceiling heights and soft footing can be rented (on space available basis)
for $30.00 per hour (weekend and evening rate), $20.00 per hour (weekday rate). Maximum four horses at a
time, please. All visiting horses need to provide current Coggins. This
