Cheval
Manor is situated on 47 acres, pasture and timber mix. The main barn/arena consists of 8 (eight) 12' x
12' stalls, wash rack (hot and cold water), cross ties, locker/tack room and an indoor office with restroom.
These stalls are designed with fire safety in mind. Each stall has TWO doors: one door that opens to the arena, and
a dutch door that opens to the outside. In case of an emergency, all horses can be let out of the barn from the outside.

OUR RATES: Stall board
(currently $275 per month), includes full use of all facilities, turnout as directed by owner, daily cleaning of stalls, and
feeding twice daily (owner provides feed and hay). We are a "team-managed" barn, meaning that several of our
very experienced and hard-working boarders work together to provide care for the horses and management of the barn. Working
together, they provide an unexcelled level of care, openness, communication, barn neatness, and flexibility.
Unfortunately, we have no current openings, but feel free to call or email for future availability.
In an attempt to provide the best pasture management environment, we no longer accept Pasture Boarders.
