7052 W. Gum Road, Murfreesboro, TN
Cheval Manor is situated on 47 acres, pasture and timber mix. We currently have 7 (seven) 12' x 12' stalls, wash rack (hot and cold water), cross ties, locker/tack room and an indoor office with restroom. Our stalls are designed with fire safety in mind. Each stall has TWO doors: one door that opens to the arena, and a dutch door that opens to the outside. In case of an emergency, all horses can be let out of the barn from the outside.
| Stalls |

|
| Plenty of light and ventilation, plus a pleasing view. |
| Outdoor View |

|
| Exterior Dutch Doors for quick escape in emergency. |
Our indoor arena measures 60' x 120' and has 14' vertical clearance for jumping, and a small viewing loft for spectators.
| Indoor Arena |

|
| Three large sliding doors open during summer use. |
In the winter, we keep our round pen at one end of the arena so training can take place out of the blistery winter winds and rain. Our round pen also serves as temporary stalls for our pasture boarders during extreme weather; tornados, hail and sub-zero weather. It can be easily dismantled for riders that desire the full arena for workouts.
| Trails |

|
| Just outside the back door.... |
Miles of trails are accessible right out the back door, plus if you have wanderlust, the opportunity awaits you for nearly unlimited places to ride in our area, criss-crossed with lightly traveled country roads.
| Jump Field |

|
| Nice wide open area with grass footing. |
Our Jump Field is located down by the picturesque pond, which is stocked with very friendly little fishies that love to be fed by the kids! If you are patient, they will even come up and eat out of your hand!
